The Kitchen Fabinets.

We're re-doing our cabinets.

They're fine cabinets.
They're good old fashion hide your spices, hold your plates, collect crumbs and pieces of cheese- cabinets.

But they're not FABinets.

We bought a house, but we want it to be our home.

Cory and I would call our aesthetic 'Modern, Clean Lines, black and white A Go-Go'
The A-Go-Go part is silent.

We're painting our kitchen cabinets black.
Because all the other wood in our house is black.
And because A Go-Go wasn't a color option.

It's a crazy change.
It has caused tears, sweat, and some wildly crass verbiage.
Sailors would cover their ears and mamas would hide their babies if they witnessed us in progress.

But, in the end it'll look good, and we'll be happy.

And if it doesn't-- we'll join a fleet of bandit sailors and put our new found verbiage to better use.
